Through the analysis of sales data, we can zero in on individual stores that are indicating zero sales, low sales, or have phantom inventory issues. Our program then applies a cost effective approach to help fix issue stores. Here is our approach:
Identification of Issue:
- Zero sales or low sales stores are identified through data analysis
- Phantom Inventory Issues can be easily identified with high levels of accuracy by our partner TR3 through their inventory analysis system
Solution to Issue – Step 1:
- Our retail call specialist will call the Department Manager and have a discussion about the identified issue
- Department Managers are encouraged to place products on the sales floor or make corrections to inventory counts
- This call comes at a fraction of the cost of a live service call and will have a positive effect on a grouping of issue stores
Solution to Issue – Step 2:
- Data continues to be analyzed for the issue stores
- In-store merchandisers are deployed to the stores that do not show an improvement, in order to affect change with a “face to face” approach
