Sanford - Sharpie Retractable Markers
Program Objectives: Discuss with Department Manager the Placement of verification of Sharpie VPI Pallet.
Tactics: Set up a professional scripted call that showcased the supplier VPI commitment.
Also communicated to the department manager to support a retailtainment event and explained the program details. Also shared features and benefits of these retractable markers.
Results:
Called 1000 stores in 2 days and 95% of all VPI pallets hit the action alley.

Spectrum Brands - Wasp and Hornet Spray
Program Objectives: Built a selling program that actually sold and secured PO’s for end cap and 4-way supplemental orders.
Tactics: Set up and used professional inside sales personnel to explain historical sales data with department managers and get them excited about exceeding last years department sales.
Results: Sold End caps and 4-ways Displays. The closing ratio was 33% securing PO’s and an additional 10% securing telxon orders.

Kao Brands - Auditing a demo company
Program Objectives: Call 500 stores on a Saturday to audit an event marketing company.
Tactics: Call store level management to have them identify if a demo event is occurring between a 6 hour period.
Results: Determined that the event marketing company executed at a 68% during this event. The event marketing company claimed a 97% execution level. Retail Integrity audit program saved the company thousands of dollars and also provided the supplier “real data”

Bell Sports
Program Objectives: Communicate with Department Manager and survey the department.
Tactics: Engage with department managers to verify current merchandising unit and gather feedback of pros & cons for current format.
Results: Called all stores and provide solid information and feedback to the client.

The Holmes Group
Program Objectives: Communicate with Dept. 11 manager to identify if a Patio Fan is being merchandised in the Lawn & Garden Department.
Tactics: Discussed with the department manager that a out door patio fan needed to be merchandised outside – not inside. Best placement is next to patio furniture.
Results: 723 stores were called – Identified that 303 stores had their fan located inside the stores, 202 stores the fans were outside and 192 were in both locations. 202 stores moved fans outside. Execution was 66% effective change.

SonicScrubber
Program Objectives: Call Sam's Clubs receiving manager's to identify shipping, location and condition of a promotional pallet.
Tactics: Called all clubs in (1) day and provide them with shipping information.
Results: Provided Sonic Scrubber with a conditional report that most pallets shipped into the clubs intact and undamaged.

Peg Perego - Children Ride-on Vehicles
Program Objectives: Call 3218 stores to determine if the toy display has been executed by the service company.
Tactics: Engage with D07 toy department manager and ask them if (4) children ride on vehicles were built, displayed and in-store service was executed.
Results: Called all 3,218 stores in (4) days and identified that 1400 stores did not have all units on display.
