How the kiosk works:

  • A customer has a question about a product or service. They simply walk up to the kiosk and touch the screen.
  • A live video agent pops up on the screen. The agent can see and hear the customer and the customer can see and hear the live video agent through two way cameras and microphones.
  • The agent interfaces with the customer to understand their question.
  • The agent then guides the customer to a purchase decision through this live interaction in a fact based manner.
  • Customer makes purchase at kiosk by sliding credit card (for certain products).
